They used a variation of the wedge play where a guard sets a high screen for a post player who then cuts into a ball screen or post up. In this version the Warriors used false action of the ball reversal and dribble handoff before getting into the wedge ball screen action. Having the 5 pop up top to receive inbounds pass gives them a safe outlet since most 5's won't deny the ball that far up the floor. 1 comes off of multiple screens before looking for the inbounder (2) on the flare screen.
