A very nice conditioning drill for a team's warm up which includes dribbling, passing and finishing with lay ups and jump shots. See instructions for number of makes and timing in frame descriptions below.
1 dribbles until the middle.(He must make until 3 dribbles).
2 runs the floor.
1 passes to 2 who makes the lay up.
2 after the lay up takes the rebound and passes to 3.
3 dribbles until the middle.
1 runs behind the cones and receives the pass from 3.
2 after the pass to 3 goes at his line.
After his lay up 1 passes to 4.
4 dribbles until the middle and passes to 3.
3 runs behind the cones and receives the ball from 4.
With this way the drill continues.
After 12 make lay ups the players has to make 7 straight shots.
This drill should be made in 2':30"
