About This Play/Drill

Setup:

  • Team is broken into four even lines, two on each end of the court.
  • The lines will be placed in DDM spots depending on the shots you are wanting to shoot.
  • Complete each shot on the left and right side of the floor
  • Great drill for passing, shooting, conditioning and learning/teaching terminology

Rotations:

  • Pass and you will go to the line that you passed to.
  • Shoot and you go to the passing line on the opposite end.
  • Everyone must sprint and get a rhythm.
  • Good passes and you should receive passes in stride not standing.
