Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play was run by the New Orleans Pelicans on their home opener against the Indiana Pacers, trying to get the ball to Eric Gordon off a downscreen. The Pelicans have an interesting offense, trying to stretch the floor with their face-up big men, which are plentiful on their roster. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawEvery coach needs to know how to defend these plays we call "america's plays" because it seems everyone runs variations of these plays. These actions include cross screens, stagger screens, and back screens. Coaches can instruct defense on how to defend these actions See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a series of 3 on 3 actions we work on in practice. Coaches can decide how they want to defend the pass and screen away, pass and basket cut, pass cut and ball screen, and flare screens. We use this drill to prepare for teams that run these actions. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis was the opening play run by Slovenia against Greece yesterday in the European Championship. This is a nice set play that has multiple scoring options. Penetration to the open side by your 3 man 3 pt shot for the PG Post entry pass for the 5 See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a set play run by the Slovenian National Team to free up their talented PG Goran Dragic. They do a good job using movement and screens to give him the best opportunity to attack the basket. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is our entry into the little-big back screen that the Utah Jazz used with John Stockton and Karl Malone back in the day. You may be able to get the ball to the 2 on the first basket cut, but more often than not the x5 defender will be sagging on the back screen, leaving 5 open to catch on the wing. If your 5 isn't a shooter, you may want to change up personnel to avoid allowing that defender to play off the ball and take away the entry to 4. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawLuke Hancock was the best 6th man in America last year and came up big for the Louisville Cardinals in the NCAA Tournament. Here is a staggered screen set play run for Hancock in the 1st half of their game against the Michigan Wolverines. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawBox Flare Drop is an end game SLOB play that gets a layup for your best post player. With 5-10 seconds left and needing only a two-pointer, the play starts in a box formation with a shooter starting on the opposite block. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Michigan Wolverines used this set against the Louisville Cardinals in the NCAA Championship game. The set incorporates a lot of cuts and rub screens to free players for possible shots. What makes this so efffective is the "reads" the Wolverines make in order to get the shots they want against the match-up zone of the Cardinals. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawLouisville Cardinals post pop action off transition. The Cardinals ran this set in the opening minutes of their NCAA Championship game against Michigan. 1 sets a good screen in the lane pinning x5 allowing 5 to pop completely free to the FT line area for an open 15' shot.
