About This Play/Drill

Box Flare Drop is an end game SLOB play that gets a layup for your best post player. With 5-10 seconds left and needing only a two-pointer, the play starts in a box formation with a shooter starting on the opposite block.

  • 4 flat ballscreen for 1; 5 flare for 2. 5 slips the flare and gets hit from the pass by 1.
