4 dribbles to the wing and passes to 5 up top off the screen from 2.
2 pops to the wing to receive the pass from 5.

5 screens for 1.
1 cuts up top to receive the pass from 2.

3 fakes using the screen from 2 then cuts off stagger screens from 5 & 4.
1 passes to 2 on the wing for a shot.
