Great drill to work on shooting off the move. Allows player to work on catch and shoot without having someone to pass to them.

Player puts ball chair (#). Then sprints to the chair and picks it up to simulate catching the pass. From there player shoots.

The same action is performed on the other side except the player is now filling to the top instead of sliding away.
