Milwaukee ran this play down 2 with 7.1 seconds left in Game 3 against the Toronto Raptors. The Bucks got the ball to Khris Middleton (2) cutting to the corner off of 5 for the first option. The defense closed hard to take away the three-point shot allowing Middleton to get to the basket for a layup. This play also has a secondary option with 3 cutting off the screen from 5, getting the ball on the run to attack the basket. Playbook Download: Late Game Situations See More

Basketball Play - Las Vegas Aces - Middle Ball Screen Hi-Lo SLOB

Las Vegas Aces - Middle Ball Screen Hi-Lo SLOB

Aseem Rastogi 05/06/2019

The Aces use this SLOB to get the ball to the pinch post area quickly as well as to bridge into their main sets on offense. The space created by the BLOB allows star player A'Ja Wilson to face up and get to the rim. Other options are to make a high-low pass, or hit a slasher come off a triple stagger screen along the baseline. Basketball Play - Houston Rockets - Stagger Slip SLOB

Houston Rockets - Stagger Slip SLOB

Matt Wheeler 04/29/2019

The Houston Rockets were down 5 with 24.4 seconds left in game 1 against the Golden State Warriors. They needed at least two scores to tie the game so they needed to get a quick basket and then foul to extend the game. This play worked very well against the Warriors strategy of switching all screens. James Harden (2) started the play as a decoy, setting the second screen for Eric Gordon (3). The Warriors switched off of Harden on the screen to take away an open three from Gordon. Harden then flashed to the ball to receive the pass from 5 and quickly attack the basket.
