Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 2.7 seconds left to play in regulation, the UCONN Huskies had the ball, tied with Saint Joseph's, full length of the court. UCONN's Kevin Ollie drew up this dandy; unfortunately the shot was missed but the Huskies eventually won in overtime. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn need of 2 points towards the end of the 2nd half, Arizona State’s Herb Sendek drew up this BLOB play for his Sun Devils. Watching the play develop I was sure they would get the ball to 3 curling into the lane, but they decided to wait and use the flare for 2. The shot was off target but ASU secured the offensive rebound to tie the game with two free-throws. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawFlorida Gulf Coast was the darling of last year's NCAA Tournament and former Coach Andy Enfield landed a job at USC based on last year's success. Joe Dooley took over "Dunk City" and has the Eagles once again in contention for an automatic bid. After a long career on the sidelines next to Bill Self at Kansas, Dooley brought his philosophy to FGCU and this year the Eagles at the top of the Atlantic Sun Conference with a 14-4 record and a share of the Conference Title. This set play utitlizes the SPNR to get the 2 man a chance to use his speed to penetrate to the open side. If the defense helps, the Eagles have their shooters spotting up ready for the kick-out pass and also capable big man McKnight in position for a dump off pass or weak side rebound. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawHere's a set we have gotten a lot of mileage out of and run for different players, from different positions where we feel we have advantages and on both sides of the floor. Furthermore, it can get 3 great looks at any point in the game based on what you are looking for with regards to situation and score. Can also adapt slightly and run as a Zipper Set SLOB and net the same looks. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Arizona Wildcats ran this play in their victory against the Oregon Ducks. Executing the DHO out of Transition, the Wildcats use good ball & player movement to create multiple scoring opportunities. The exchange at the end of the play between Johnson & Tarczewski is a credit to how well coached Sean Miller's team is, being able to quickly read the defense and take advantage of what is given. Favorite Send to FastDrawThis action from the 1-4 set is for your best/strongest player who can finish at the rim. If you have watched UCF play this year, you would have noticed that they run this play frequently for Isaiah Sykes. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a nice Motion set run by the Ducks. With multiple scoring options coming from the various cuts, chances for open shots or post-up situations avail themselves Dana Altman's Offense has many creative ball handlers who can also breakdown the defense 1 v 1 See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA great set play for your best scorer. This play will start in triple stack and bring 5 high to catch. 2 cuts to the rim to set up a cut out the single or double side to catch and score. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Wildcats have a number of sets which they run very effectively to get open shots for their players in spots on the floor where they can do the most damage. This is an easy play to install at any level whereby the use of the double stagger screening action free's up either your 1 or 2 man for an open shot or gives you the opportunity to dump the ball into your 5 man. Sean Miller is a very good recruiter, but often does get enough credit for his tactician abilities. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawMercyhurst University WBB ran this set vs. Clarion University WBB on 1-22-14.This SLOB has options for both a 3pt shot, post iso or inside-out 3pt shot if the defense doubles. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawUCF head coach Donnie Jones drew up this play at the end of their game versus Rutgers Wednesday night to give them the lead, and ultimately the win. Jones put the ball in the hands of his best player Isaiah Sykes (2) to create off the ball screen and Sykes did just that. He exploded off the pick & roll and the defense became so occupied by the double screen action, Sykes was able to get to the rim for an uncontested lay-up. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Arizona Wildcats Set Play vs M2M uses two sets of staggered screens to get either the 1 or the 2 man a good look at an open jumper, gives the 5 man a chance to operate inside, and incorporates good movement & replace action on the inside pass, forcing the defense into decisions on how to guard. Sean Miller's Wildcats team is exciting to watch and will certainly be one of the top seeds come NCAA Tournament time. See More
