This is an excellent ATO utilized by the Pheonix Suns during the Western Conference semifinals showdown with the Denver Nuggets. This is great for teams with excellent pick and roll point guards and rollers who can go get a lob.
From a Tandem formation Devin Booker curls to one side to to catch
Booker immediately goes into a dribble handoff to the corner perimeter player (Crowder)
The ball is pushed back to the point guard
Atyon and Paul get into high pick and roll action as Booker is creating Spain action for Ayton rolling to the basket
