The Golden State Warriors ran this after timeout play in the 3rd quarter to take advantage of Draymond Green's (4) playmaking skills. In this play, he fakes two handoffs and drives to the rim for a layup. There is also an option for a pass to a shooter in the corner off a hammer screen.

4 cuts up top off a screen from 2.
1 passes to 4.
2 cuts to the corner.

1 follows the pass for a fake handoff with 4.
4 dribbles at 2 for a second fake handoff.
4 drives to the basket for a layup.
5 sets a hammer screen for 3 cutting to the corner.
