Great drill to work on finish with balance on the break. As well as conditioning.
Start in the half court circle and attack the front of the rim full speed. Focus on jumping from as far away as possible.
After scoring speed dribble back to the circle to repeat the drill
Finishes: Rim no backboard, left side glass, right side glass
Do each for 3 minute intervals.
