Swing post is a set play to get the ball inside in the post up area for your best post scorer. The play starts with the over/under action by wings. On catch, 4 slides down to post area as 3-5 screen for 1. Ball is reversed from 1 to 3 as 5 seals defender for post pass.

2 & 3 swing wings off of 4 & 5
1 pass to 2
1 cuts through to opposite corner

4 slides down to post
3 & 5 set stagger for 1
2 pass to 1

1 pass to 3
5 seals and posts
3 pass to 5

1 pass to 2
3 shuffle cut off 5

1 & 5 set double screens for 4
2 pass to 4

1 cuts behind 5 to wing for shot
4 pass to 1
if no shot:
4 down screen for 3
