The Miami Heat ran this as their opening play against the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2017 NBA Summer League. 4 & 5 rolled off of both ball screens to set the stagger screen for 2 and get him an open three point shot.

1 dribbles off of the ball screen from 4.
2 cuts the weakside block.
4 rolls to the strong side block as 5 replaces high.

1 dribbles off of the ball screen from 5.
4 & 5 set a staggered screen for 2.
1 passes to 2 for the shot.
