The Houston Rockets ran this in bounds play in the 4th quarter of their 95-99 loss to the Lakers 4/17/13. It's a good play to get the ball in to a play maker and the 4/5 cross screen ties it together nicely at the end.
1 (Harden) loops over 4 and 5
2 (Lin) looops over 4 and 5
3 inbounds ball to 2
4 screens for 5
