Run out of a 3 out 2 in set for a basic Hi Lo Motion type offense. Pass and cut to the corner. 5 will flash hard to receive pass from wing. 
 

We will reverse the ball but instead of 4 "flipping" his defender we will set a hard back screen for the 2. 3 will receive a pass from the 5.
 

2 will cut hard to receive the pass from the 3. Ideally, 2 should get the pass at the rim. If not then he posts. 
 

Once the pass is made the 5 and 4 will set a stagger for the 1. 2 will be patient back side if he did not recieve the pass.
 

1 will come off the screen and look for a shot while 4 and 5 set another screen for the 2 coming off another stagger.
 

If the 2 is not open then 4 and 5 fill their spots and you are back in a 3 out 2 in set.
