The Washington Wizards ran this play down 4 with 15.7 seconds left to give them a quick opportunity to get back in the game. After the zipper action get the inbounds pass in, they were able to use the elevator screen to free up their shooter to knock down a 3.

4 & 5 set an elevator screen for 2.
