Basketball Play - Warrior Shooting Drill: Guards

Warrior Shooting Drill: Guards

Irvin Jerry 06/13/2019

This is a continuous shooting drill that allows our players to work on shots off screens and adds a conditioning element. Once completed on the right side immediately start on left. We like to have each player go through this drill two times then switch shooter. You can add time to increase intensity. See More

Basketball Play - Las Vegas Aces - Pinch Post Ricky Flare

Las Vegas Aces - Pinch Post Ricky Flare

Aseem Rastogi 06/01/2019

The Aces find creative ways to utilize pinch post entries and actions to create advantages for their best players. In this situation, using Liz Cambage as a permanent screener and allowing Kayla McBride to use her craftiness and speed gets the Aces their best scorer 1 on 1 against a recovering defender with plenty of space to operate. Basketball Play - Las Vegas Aces - Triangle Rip Flash Flare EOG SLOB

Las Vegas Aces - Triangle Rip Flash Flare EOG SLOB

Aseem Rastogi 06/01/2019

The Aces ran this SLOB as they were clawing back in a tense game with the Phoenix Mercury. The most dangerous person in this situation is the inbounder, Kayla McBride. Well timed and executed screening creates an opportunity for her to get to the rim and finish. Basketball Play - Toronto Raptors - Elbow Flare Gut

Toronto Raptors - Elbow Flare Gut

Matt Wheeler 05/22/2019

The Toronto Raptors ran this play late in the second overtime of Game 3 against the Milwaukee Bucks to get the ball to Kawhi Leonard (3) where he can attack the paint. After setting the flare screen 3 cuts around 5 to get the handoff. Since x3 doesn't want to give up the open three-point shot, he trails 3 on the handoff. 3 then turns the corner to attack the basket. In this situation, x5 provides help on the drive which gets 5 open. See More
