This is a great drill to work on your teams conditioning in the pre-season and also during the season.
1. Each time you cross 1/2 Court = 1 crossing.
2. Always finished the required number of at the opposite FT line.
- 1 Crossing = 6 seconds
- 2 Crossings= 10 seconds
- 4 Crossings= 22 seconds
- 6 Crossings= 33 seconds
- 10 Crossings= 60 seconds
