About This Play/Drill

In this diamond set, the cutter can choose which pin screen they want to use. The player at the top of the diamond exits opposite the cutter. 

Screening post then sets a cross screen for the other post. That player goes into an underneath ball screen with a wing spotted up in the opposite corner.

    3 can exit off either pin screen

     

    2 exits opposite the cutter

     

    1 passes to 3

  • On the pass from 1 to 3, 5 cross screens for 4

     

    4 cuts to an underneath ball screen

     

    2 fades to corner in the line of vision of 3 to be available for cross court pass

     

    3 uses screen to score or make cross court pass to or hit 4 on the pick-and-pop
