About This Play/Drill

Baylor ran this BLOB set in the 1st Round of the 2012 NCAA Tournament against South Dakota State. Multiple options out of this set with a PNR action, post entry, or reversal for a 3-point shot.

  • Basketball Play - Baylor 4 Low Double
  • Basketball Play - Baylor 4 Low Double

  • 4 and 5 set a double staggered screen for 2. 1 inbounds to 2 in the corner.

  • As soon as 2 receives the pass from 1, 2 then receives a ball screen from 5. 3 lifts to the wing while 4 cuts to opposite short corner.

  • 2 can hit 5 on the roll or continue dribbling to top. 1 loops behind 2 to the wing.

     

    1st Option: 2 passes to 5 rolling to the rim, after setting the ball screen for 2.

  • 2 can reverse to 3 who looks for 4 ducking in and sealing hard in the post, or 2 can kick back to 1 for the shot.

     

    2nd Option: 2 passes to 3 who passes into 4 ducking in and sealing in the post.

     

    3rd Option: 2 kicks the ball back to 1 for the shot on the wing.
