The Miami Heat were able to get this play off with 0.4 seconds left to give them the win over the Cavs. The play starts with 3 cutting the ballside corner and 2 cutting to the top through the elevator screen from 1 & 4. This clears out the basket area for the lob for 4 (Andrew Wiggins) coming off the back screen from 1.

3 runs baseline to the ballside corner.
2 cuts through the elevator screen from 1 & 4.

1 sets a backscreen for 4.
5 makes a lob pass to 4 at the rim.
