Clemson ran this late in the first half of their Elite Eight game against Alabama to get a shot for Joe Girard. After the ball reversal to 4, 2 cuts off the down screen from 5 to look for a shot.

1 passes to 3 and cuts to the ball side corner.
2 cuts to the basket as 4 cuts to the weak side wing.
5 lifts to the top of the key to receive the pass from 3.

5 reverses the ball to 4.
3 cuts to the corner.

2 cuts off the screen from 5 to receive the pass from 4.
