In this diagram and embedded video we look at drill for guards and wings to work on their scoring moves. The simple diamond formation of the cones allows the players to work on an attack move, a counter move, and a finishing move. The coach defines the sequence, and the players execute as efficiently as possible, or you can let the players freestyle their owns sequences.
Organization: Players start behind the top cone at the depth of their first attack move. 4-5 players can have a ball and share.
Description: Players start at the first cone and make a specified move (dribble move or stationary move), then make a specified counter move at the second level cone (X, spin, between legs, behind back) and then make a counter finish (euro or spin) at the cone in the middle of the paint.
