  • There are some Motion Strong concepts in Florida's Five-Out offense.

DRIBBLE - when they get a screen away without the ball reversal. The trail post (P5) simply screens away from the ball.

  • 1st Option

P5 screens away for P4, 1 plays to the cutter and...

  • ...chases their pass for the hand back. 5 moves into position behind P4.

  • P1 goes right off the ball screen from P5 after the hand back.

  • 2nd Option

    Back to the away screen...

P5 screens away for P4, 1 plays to the cutter and...

  • ...chases their pass for the hand back, but P4 does not deliver the hand back. P1 continues off back screen from P5. Lob opportunity.

  • If P1 does not receive lob, they continue to corner.

  • P5 separates from the back screen and sets ball screen for P4
