This calls for Floppy from a diamond formation. 2 uses either 4 or 5's screen and 3 fills the oppositie wing.
On 2s' catch, 5 screens away for 4 who is the post entry option, and fills the top of the key. 5 may catch and go into a pass and screen or dribble handoff to either side.
