Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra called this play vs the Cleveland Cavaliers. 5 can pass to 4 cutting to the basket (lob), hand off to 2 coming out after the back screen, or fake the hand off and attack from the elbow.

2 relocates to the corner, 5 and 4 set Iverson screens for 3, elbow pitch and clear out.

3 clears out, 2 sets a back screen for 4 and exits for the hand off.
