  • Basketball Play - Change of Direction Pound Dribbling

- Players start stationary with 5 pound dribbles with right hand.

- After the 5th pound, they explode into a through the legs move and head left.
After using 1 pound dribble to reset, they go back through the legs changing direction heading right and pound dribble again to reset.
Alternate continuing to half court.

- At half court, they start stationary with 5 pounds in left hand and repeat heading back to baseline.
