In Game 1 of the series between the 76ers and Celtics, in the 2018 NBA Playoffs, the Sixers opened with this set. It has multiple options, as the Flare Screen can create a shot, or lead to a post entry on the diagonal screen.

4 sets flare screen for 2.
5 passes to 2.
If no shot, 3 diagonal screens for 5.
