About This Play/Drill

The Arizona Wildcats have been enjoying a very successful season at 10-2 in the PAC-12 & 23-2 overall, they've been sitting atop the national polls.

Sean Miller has rejuvenated the Wildcats program and made them a title contender once more.

This DHO play is designed to either get the PG an open look at the 3 pt shot or take advantage of a clear-out sitation for an athletic 4 man

1 (McConnell - 4) executes a DHO with 3 (Hollis- Jefferson - 23) on the wing

3 (Hollis-Jefferson - 23) passes to 2 (Johnson - 13) who cut to replace the PG - Hollis-Jefferson steps into the FT line

1 (McConnell - 4) cuts hard off the double baseline stagger set by 5 (Tarczewski - 35) & 4 (Gordon - 11) to the opposite wing
2 (Johnson - 13) passes to 1 (McConnell - 4) on the wing and quickly receives the pass back

3 (Hollis-Jefferson - 23) steps off the FT line to the wing

1 (McConnell - 4) runs off the baseline double stagger screen set by 4 (Gordon - 11) & 5 (Tarczewski - 35)

2 (Johnson - 13) passes to 4 (Gordon - 11) opening up off the screen

4 (Gordon - 11) looks to attack the paint off the dribble
