A great drill that works on ball handling, footwork, change of speed and finishing. Can work on floaters (off of two feet) or runners (off of one foot) or both.
Start at the slot. Skate dribble two or three times to the other slot. Perform a double move and attack the basket. You can finish regular, inside hand, stride stop, donut, goofy foot, etc.
Be sure to go from both right and left sides.
