  • TWIST

    5 sets on-ball for 1

    X1 goes under the on-ball

    Automatic: UNDER = TWIST

  • TWIST

5 "twists" and rescreens for 1. No roll or hesitation. Just twist and rescreen

  • TURN

    4 sets downscreen for 2

X2 stays somewhat attached on the screen forcing the straight cut

2 catches but with no advantage (matched)

    Automatic: MATCHED = TURN

  • TURN

4 "turns" and sets the on-ball on X2

  • TAKE

1 passes to 5 and immediately sprints to TAKE the ball

5 gets a wide base and holds ball out, palm up for 1 to TAKE ("put it on a platter")

Automatic = If X1 trails, take and drive

  • TAKE (Take + Twist)

1 passes to 5 and immediately sprints to TAKE the ball

5 gets a wide base and holds ball out, palm up for 1 to TAKE ("put it on a platter")

Automatic = If X1 goes under, take then 5 "twists" to set on-ball on X1

  • TWICE

    5 sets on-ball for 1, X1 goes over and 5 rolls

1 is unable to get down lane line (perhaps X5 drops and contains or a wing defender helps in)

    1 bounces the dribble

  • TWICE

5 sees the bounce and sprints out to rescreen (screens "TWICE")

Automatic = IF dribble bounces THEN screen twice (rescreen)
