The Golden State Warriors ran this during the second quarter of their season opening game against the San Antonio Spurs. They used a variation of the wedge play where a guard sets a high screen for a post player who then cuts into a ball screen or post up. In this version the Warriors used false action of the ball reversal and dribble handoff before getting into the wedge ball screen action. They also added a flare screen up top for a secondary option in this play.
