The Hurricanes use this play to get an open shot off of a staggered screen. In the video, the wing tries to use the stagger but Rodriguez uses it instead. It looks like they have an option, with one playing using the stagger and one cutting across the baseline.

1 passes to 2 who passes to 4 who passes to 3.

2 cuts to the opposite corner.
1 cuts off of a staggered screen from 4 and 5.
