Simple but effective set designed to shift the zone and put x1 in a position to defend 2 players.

From a 1-3-1 offensive set up, the high post takes the short corner on strong side while the opposite short corner post player flashes high post. The ball is returned to the middle.

High post then screens inside the defenders, while 1 attacks the outside of the two man front. 4 sets a low screen to allow 3 an open 3-point look.
