Here is a set used to get a shooter running off of either a single or double screen. Coach Jacobson does a great job getting his players to cut hard and set good screens.

1 passes to 2.
-
5 sets a ball-screen for 2.
2 drives middle, passes to 1, then cuts to the rim.

2 chooses whether to cut off of the single or double screen.

3 cuts off of the opposite screen.
