1 passes to 3 and loops under 5 to opposite wing. 4 cuts off of 5 to opposite block. 5 shapes up to top of key after cutters.
 

3 swings to 5 and 2 sets a diagonal screen for 3 to opposite block as 5 reverses to 1.
 

5 screens the screener for 2 and 1 looks to hit 3 in the post or 2 for the shot.
 

If neither option is open, 3 and 4 set a staggered screen for 5 to the ballside block. 1 hits 5 in the post.
