About This Play/Drill

This is the perfect disadvantage drill to get your team to compete in transition on both ends of the ball!

  • Basketball Play - Fastbreak Disadvantage
  • Basketball Play - Fastbreak Disadvantage
  • Basketball Play - Fastbreak Disadvantage
  • Basketball Play - Fastbreak Disadvantage
  • Basketball Play - Fastbreak Disadvantage
  • Start with a free-throw. Make or miss the two players grab the ball and head down on offense 2-on-1. The FT Shooter sprints back on defense.

  • Make or miss the offense now becomes the defense and 2 new players jump in to make it 3-on-2.

  • Make or miss the offense now becomes the defense and 2 new players jump in to make it 4-on-3.

  • Make or miss the offense now becomes the defense and 3 new players jump in to make it 5-on-4.

  • Make or miss the offense now becomes the defense and 1 new player jumps in to make it 5-on-5.

     

    You can make 1 transition or keep playing 5-on-5 for time/score or until you're satisfied with performance.
