03/13/2013For this play to work, your 2 has to be able to handle the ball off of a ball screen, and your 4 has to be a passing skilled big that can pick and pop. After 2 dribbles off of the ball screen and passes to 4 he has to be patient to let his defender fall asleep. Once his defender turns his head, the 2 cuts hard backdoor for a lay up.
