Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great set, run in variations by numerous NBA Teams, if you are looking to exploid an overly agressive defense with multiple ball-screen/dribble hand-off actions within a short amount of time. It is set up by a "zipper" action and features scoring options for all 5 players on the court. This has been our go-to play last season, as it allows you to get multiple chances a high percentage shot off of movement, while being very simplistic and easy to install. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 3 seconds left in the 3rd quarter of Game 3 of the 2014 NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs ran this sideline out-of-bounds play. As soon as 1 cleared Diaw’s shoulder he shaped up back to the ball immediately to receive the pass from Green. Green was able to get a shot off but Miami’s defense prevent him from getting a clean look and the shot came up short. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Oklahoma State Cowboys were one of the most talked about Division I teams at the beginning of the season for their strong start. Near the end of the season, they were once again talked about, for all the wrong reasons. Despite these setbacks, the Cowboys had one of the most talked about players in the game this season Marcus Smart and extremely athletic guard Markel Brown. This Transition Set runs right into a simple Diamond play and with the utilization of screens & player movement, the Cowboys finally get the ball into the hands of their prolific scorer Smart who sets up Murphy at the end of the play. Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Spurs ran this DHO action early and often in Game 4 of the 2014 Western Conference Finals vs. Oklahoma City (5-27-14). This particular set was ran at the 11:15 mark of the 1st quarter. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA drive to the basket or a kickout for a 3 are the main options of this play. You need to have your best ballhandler on the 1 and the best shooter on the 2. Coming off the dribble handoff and attacking the basket forces the defender of 5 to help on the drive. Meanwhile 5 sets a backscreen for the shooter, who flares out to the corner. There is no defender left to cover this action. That leads directly to an open look from the 3 point line. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis set ends with a double scoring option for 1 and 3. The dribble weave/hand off leads to on ball screen by 5. 3 joins 4 in double screen for 1 cutting to open left block area. Second option is 3 cutting off 4-5 screen for shot at free throw line area. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play features the hand off weave action between 1-2-3. The first 1-3 hand off sets up 3-2 hand off. As 2 drives left, 5 curls over 4 to catch and score in lane. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawEarly hand off action start this set play. 2 reverses to 4 and cuts off 5 to left corner. 4 reverses to 3 and cuts away. 5 sets on ball screen for 3 and he penetrates to lane to score or drop off pass to 4 stepping in. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis another great quick hitting option that feeds a lot of scenarios with a lot of options based on personal and situation and score. We have gotten a lot of mileage out of this as no one wants to fight through 2 esssentially staggered screens and a switch forces a BIG to guard a LITTLE. This is something you could continue to run and get different things each time. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play uses the weave and on ball action to put maximum pressure on the defense. Two hand offs set up a 5-3 on ball screen. Three options: 1. Drive to basket, 2. Pitch to 1 spotting up for a three, 3. Post pass to 4 stepping in. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawPlay taken from ISU Coach Hoiberg. Setting a drag screen puts pressure on the defense early. If 4 is denied in the post, flashing 5 to the elbow and a DHO with 1 will allow an offense to have flow. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawDown 2 with 29 seconds left in game 3 Dallas ran this play to tie the game vs. the Spurs. Downscreening into a dribble hand off allowed Ellis to turn the corner and drive to the basket. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawPlay from Iowa State Coach Hoiberg. Drag screens are a great way to put pressure on the defense. These options allow the offense to continue flowing if the defense fronts the low post on the hi-lo. On 5's hand off with 1, 2 will lift out of the corner, known as a "shake". For spacing purposes 4 goes to the short corner on 5's roll. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawStagger screen into Horns sets up a dribble hand off with 1 and 4. If x4 helps on o1 there is no X to tag o4 on the roll because all the help is cleared out. See More
