Basketball Play - Florida Gators - Flat Circle BLOB

Florida Gators - Flat Circle BLOB

Jordan Petersen 03/22/2019

Another BLOB from the Florida vs Nevada first round match up. Florida ran this BLOB after running their Flat STS Lob. This made it more difficult to defend because they both are out of the same formation and look similar. The 2 man does a great job of coming off low and tight of the 5 man screen two free himself up for a layup. #FastModelMadness NCAA Tournament: Viewing Guide by Style of Play See More

Basketball Play - Florida Gators - Flat STS Lob BLOB

Florida Gators - Flat STS Lob BLOB

Jordan Petersen 03/21/2019

Florida ran this BLOB in the first half of their game against Nevada. There are multiple options in this play with the first option of the 4 man cutting to the corner. The next option is the lob for the 5 man and this is difficult to defend because it is a guard screening for him. The last option is the 2 man slipping. #FastModelMadness NCAA Tournament: Viewing Guide by Style of Play See More

Basketball Play - New Mexico State Aggies - 25 Pop BLOB

New Mexico State Aggies - 25 Pop BLOB

Doug Brotherton 03/21/2019

New Mexico State almost pulled off the comeback, as they trailed by 7, with a minute left in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. WIth the ball on the baseline, and under 2 seconds left, NMSU ran a fake lob, screen-the-screener action. It resulted in a wide open three, that did not drop. The key to the set was the fake lob, which led to the shooter becoming wide open in the corner. #FastModelMadness See More
