1 gives the ball to 4 on a dribble hand-off then moves to the opposite corner. The ball is reversed the 2 on the left wing. Once 2 has the ball, 5 sets a back-screen for 3. 2 makes a lob pass to 3 at the rim.

1 dribbles to give the ball to 4 on a dribble hand-off.
1 then clears to the opposite corner.

4 passes to 3 who passes to 2.

5 sets a back-screen for 3.
2 looks to make the lob pass to 3 at the basket.
