Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is 2 on 2 Double Contest.

Defense starts in a stance in help side position to the ball. On pass help defense jumps to the ball into "on the line position". On the catch by player, defender closes to ball and help defense jumps to help position.

Continue moving the ball with each offensive player holding the ball for several seconds.

When Coach yells "Live", penetrate & pitch drill until score or defensive stop
