Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is Post Touch.
On the pass the coach yells "Go". Both players sprint and touch the cone. The 1st player to touch the cone turns and seals in the post. If he is not open the coaches continue to move the ball as the player searches the lane until they get open. Feed the post, 1-on-1 live.
