Today's FastDraw Play of the Day is a great shooting and conditioning drill.
Player starts on the baseline and sprints to half-court, touches and sprints in for a lay-up. Rebounds own ball and passes back to Coach. Player curls for elbow jumper. Rebounds own ball and passes back to Coach. Then flares to the wing.
Repeat 3 times then switch sides.
