Coach Itoudis ran this play at the beggining of the 2nd Quarter against MBA Moscow for the VTB Supercup. Cross screen to a wide pin down from 5 to 4 which ended with a ghost screen from 4 to 1 and same time 5 sets a turnout screen to 2. 5 Seals for a post up. Video clip below.

2 sets a cross screen to 5.

5 sets a wide pin down to 4 and dives in.
2 cuts at the rim.

4 sets a ghost screen to 1.
5 sets a turnouts screen to 2.
1 dribbles at the wing.

1 has 3 choices:
1) Direct pass to 1.
2) Pass to 2 who can shoot or pass the ball in.
3) Pass to 4 for a high-low situation
