Pin Down with Backdoor Counter - FastModel Sports

This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season. This play is best ran for a shooter that is also a good athlete. You will need to drill in practice having your players read the defense to determine if they should come off the pin down or go backdoor.
1. 1 dribbles down. 5 sets a pin down for 2.
Option 1 - 2 cuts off of 5's pin down for a shot.
Option 2 - 2 ctuss towards 5's pin down and then backdoors hard for a lay up.
