The 5 will come out and set a screen for the 1 guard who will dribble hard to the elbow. The 3 will come and set a back screen for the 4. The 4 will sprint to the ball side block off the screen set by 3.

The 1 will reverse the ball back to the 5, who will swing it to the 3, who has slipped beyond the 3pt line on the elbow. 2 will then run a screen for 4 who re-posts on the ball side block.

3 has the option of feeding the 4 in the post, or looking for an open 2 for a 3pt shot off 5's screen.
