Several teams run this end-of-game SLOB. Really, 1-4 are interchangeable. For instance, I would put my best shooter in the 4 spot, ready to shoot on a kick out. My best slasher would be the 2, best screener the 5, and best inbounder the 3.

5 back screens for 2
3 passes to 1
