The San Antonio Spurs ran this play against the Minnesota Timberwolves three years ago in an end game situation. It was a simple yet effective play to get a layup, which worked because the defense had to respect Manu Ginobili coming off a flare screen.

Parker (1) dribbles Ginobili (3) through to zipper, then hits him up at the top.

Entry to Duncan (5) at the elbow. As Duncan catches, George Hill (2) cuts through from corner to corner. Richard Jefferson (4) flares for Ginobili, Jefferson slips hard to the rim for the layup
